Dave, I have windows vista 64-bit. I don't know if that is causing the problems, but I cannot here the people on the other line. I hear ringing and other sounds, just no speach. I tried updating the audio drivers, playing with the sound settings, none of that has worked. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike

Are you ALL using headsets with mics? ooVoo recommends that all parties use a headset with a mic. The reason we recommend this is because you must separate the speaker audio from going back into your microphone. If you do not do this, you can introduce all sorts of noise and echo into the conversation...
