    Hi. I have the very same question as Vic (just downloaded and redownloaded the latest version, checked firewall and still not getting video calls to work after reredownloading as per your suggestion). Is there anything else that can be tried other that, as I have seen several users having the same issue...

    Your best bet with this kind of problem is to contact ooVoo support and they will help you sort it out. If you would like to try to figure it out here, while they are sleeping in the U.S., please give more information, such as: - Windows version - ooVoo version - webcam model, driver and software version...

    I have problem with "Start video conversation" and "Start chat session" and "Create a group" and more.. If i click some of these, so I been logout and got the message, "The connection was lost". Do you have the same problem? Or do you ooVoo, know about it problem...
