Greetings. I inquired about this almost a year ago, and to my dismay today's current release still does not contain the ability to adjust the look of the ooVoo User interface. I have Multiple Sclerosis, and have issues seeing all parts of the ooVoo interface sometimes because of vision problems....

The new version of ooVoo, due out early next year, will include a variety of features that I understand will offer a similar experience to using Manycam. As I find out more, and as we get closer to release, we'll provide more details. Thanks for the question.
