Hi. I have the very same question as Vic (just downloaded and redownloaded the latest version, checked firewall and still not getting video calls to work after reredownloading as per your suggestion). Is there anything else that can be tried other that, as I have seen several users having the same issue...

I have the same issue with oovoo (latest version, firewall checked, other video apps working without problem etc). Ideas? Also, what is a "specific service issue" as opposed to a "technical question"? Isn't oovoo like, the service we are talking about? Isn't a specific service...
